Small update, Options and Shotgun

Added a new weapon: The Shotgun, can be purchased on the side of the building near the SMG shop for 200.
Also Selecting Options in the Menu now actually takes you to an options screen with Mouse Sensitivity and Sound Effects Volume.
More options will follow (keybinds and video settings are planned)
